We want you to fall in love with your skin care products!

Rich Earth sells only professional-grade, potent and very active skin care products. They work most successfully when matched specifically to your skin’s individual needs and used according to specific instruction. If you have never received a facial or treatment from Rich Earth (and therefor have also not received specific recommendations, education or instructions) you are welcome to purchase products but no returns will be accepted.

If you have received a facial or treatment from Rich Earth and are not in love with the product that was recommended to you (after using it as instructed)… Please… Contact us.

We live to help you and your new skin care product create a beautiful, harmonious relationship together. Sometimes, all it takes is a tiny adjustment for everything to align well, and then your luminous skin awakens. Still not in love…?

• Come back within 30 days of your purchase;

• Bring your receipt;

• Bring the product;

• Make sure that no more than 1/4 of the product has been used;

• You have your choice of receiving a refund or choosing something else that you really are in love with.

Online Return Policy

All online purchases are final. If ordering online, it’s a good idea to know already if you love the product. Or, be prepared to joyfully make a gift of the product that may not be your cup of tea to someone else who may love it.
